Hobo Dinners

Classy name huh? I learned this recipe when I was in 3rd grade when I actually attempted a whole year at Girls Scouts .. Basically I joined for 2 reasons - 1. Camp 2. KINGS ISLAND (amusement park). After I accomplished those 2 tasks I peaced out. Girls scouts was not for this girl.

Moving on.

This recipe is so simple & it's like it sat in a crock pot all day & it's a roast.

Ingredients for 4
1 lb hamburger
4 potatoes
1 bag of carrots
4 slices of celery
1 onion
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
salt & pepper
{all items above are subject to my liking, you can really add however much amount you want to add - this recipe is for making 4 but as you can see below I made 3}

Instructions
preheat over to 350
cut off foil pieces
place hamburger patty in each
pile on the vegetables after they have been washed, peeled, & cut
scoop 1-2 spoon fulls of cream of mushroom soup on top
salt & pepper to your taste
wrap up the foil
place on a cookie sheet
bake for 45 minutes
Hadley's mini hobo dinner

And waa-lah your end result! No mess if you keep it in the foil!
