Enchiladas - oh yeah!

I would have never thought I'd own a blog - I mean I do own it.. right? Okay just tell me that I own it & make me feel better. Okay moving on now - I never thought I'd own a blog & post about cooking. Tell me that 5 years ago & I would have laughed in your face {of course in a nice way}.

Well today folks I am here to give you my secret {I mean my mom's secret recipe} to enchiladas. Here is a secret to you - it's the best, just saying.

{To make you really only need these 3 ingredients + hamburger}
 {Brown the hamburger + add enchilada sauce & shredded cheese}
{Add the hamburger to the tortillas}
 {Roll up the tortillas}
 {Spread more enchilada sauce on top}
 {Add cheese on top}
{Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes}
 {Serve with your favorite toppings! Ours includes - onions, tomatoes, black olives, lettuce & sour cream}
 {EAT}

Ingredients
1lb ground beef
2 cans enchilada sauce
tortillas
shredded cheese
Optional or to your preference for toppings
lettuce
tomatoes
onions
black olives
sour creams

Instructions
Brown ground beef, drain then add 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce + 1 cup of cheese to beef & stir.
Warm up tortillas in microwave.
Fill brown hamburger mix into tortillas & then roll them.
Place into a greased pan.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce on top & add cheese {amount your preference}.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
