So I can cross it off my bucket list - my none existent bucket list - I met Napa Valley. As in I - I mean me & my sexy baby daddy.
I am not a classy wine drinker, or classy drinker AT ALL. I like to not have to worry about holding my composure - so guess what. I barely drank. Go figure. BUT the wine was fabulous, as expected. The views IMPECCABLE!! I was kind of jealous of myself while I was there seeing what I was seeing. I wanted everyone to experience those views.
We went for the day, yes the day, I know. And it started out with these 2 babes.
"Mom, dad, please be good."
We dropped them off & made the road trip up to see Chris's best friend Adam & his lovely girlfriend Christine. Which was the point of the whole trip.
Surprisingly there were no fights involved in a car with just me & Chris ... What? You mean you are perfect & never fight on a road trip? Stop kidding yourself. You are in a confined space - someone is bound to get pissed off at one point. Okay yeah now I remember, one of us did get butt hurt at one point - not me..... ;)
Moving on... Arriving in Napa.
This is what we arrived to - our first stop. Ask me if I remember the name, I don't. But it was a mansion & it was fabulous.
And we travel to the next destination & stop to capture this moment.

It was a nice little "getaway" for us - I loved it.

I grew up in the Bay Area. My parents would always take guest to Napa. I am sure you are having tons of fun. Just stopping by via Red, White and You to say HI. I am following you now. Look forward to future post.

wow! The views are incredible! Whenever I move back to CA (hopefully in a few months) I have to plan a girls trip to Napa. I live in Sac, it's not right that i've never been, LOL!
