April Photoaday Take 4

Last full week in April!! Excited to get on to the May photo-a-day's!! 

Oh stripes & pink. I do love you. 

 You will never come to our house & not see an onion or 10 sitting on our counter.

 I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for this man right here. I love him like a lot. 

 Oh stripes & navy.. Oh & shoes.. I loathe thee. 

 Giddy on up girl & head on over to the Rodeo {{I swear they are more country here in California than in Indiana}}

 My weekends are full of time at home & I wouldn't want it any other way. Green green grass & saygo's I never thought you'd exist in my lawn. 

 This is how I spent 1pm, rocking my not so little baby to sleep.

Mug Swap!

Do remember my little post about muggin? Mean muggin? No? {{so kindly click here to understand}}Okay you're right it was about swapping COFFEE MUGS. Apparently I missed the whole memo on the mug portion when I decided to order my bloggy friend a "mug". 

Well I ordered both of us one because how could I myself pass up another coffee mug? I got mine first because she lives in Canada & welp okay I was slightly embarrassed. See here for yourself {{click here duh}}.

So maybe it's not THAT bad & it's still cute but I am thinking I owe Lacey a bit more what do you think?

Things I promise to YOU

This week for Oh How Pinteresting I am dedicating it to things that I will try from my board in the next 5 weeks, so that means 1 each week. Yes, you're welcome.

I mean we all have boards with thousands about thousands of pins, but I know I spend more time on there than actually doing anything with the ideas I get!! So please hold me accountable.

I'm not really into the whole smoothie cleansing thing but this just sounds fantab & Chris said he'd try it with me!

I bet my kids are cuter than yours

I AM TOTALLY KIDDING, I mean what mother isn't a biiit biased towards there little babes, of course I think that!! AS DOES EVERY MOTHER. Little kids are freaking cute period. Well unless they are being brats or whiny. Gee clearly they get those traits from their fathers because who are we kidding.. Us women are fabulous. I think we are all well aware of that.

So I am a little late posting this because like I said I WAS ON VACATION LAST WEEK. Which I thought oh I will have all the time in the world to lounge & blog, NOOT. I had all the time in the world but I didn't do crap. I will recap at a later date because this post is about my awesomely adorable kiddos.

April Photo-a-day Round threeeee

Okay so I am like late or something.. And by late.. I mean I am late posting this. :)

Oh hey sweet sweet vacation

Hi all.. It's been a bit since I wrote but I was out of town having a little mini vacay myself, BUT no fear Lauren is in HAWAII & I am guesting posting for her over at Tippee Canoe. It's a mini recap of my vacation back in January in Cancun. Go check it out.

When I said muggin, what'd you think? In my head I thought mean muggin, but of course that's not what I meant. I MEANT, I joined a little swapperoo with Dreaming of Dimples, to exchange coffee mugs. 

The second I saw it, I was like sign me up.. Who doesn't want a new coffee mug?

So I got this cute little package in the mail from Miss Samantha @ Puppies Pearls & Problems.

I'm sorry, didn't we just exchange mugs? Boy did I get lucky. Sticky notes & a candle, well heck to the yes I made out.

My man's birthday weekend

Do birthday's suck more & more each year?! I am kidding sorta, but it's like they aren't a big deal anymore. Less presents, less celebrating, you get it right? He had to work on his birthday.. LAAAAME. So we celebrated the night before. Ashley came over & watched the little babes for us so we could go out on a date.. SAAAY WHAA? Yeah, a date. Those are rare around here. I mean when we get a sitter we usually go out on the town with our friends but in this case, our friend stepped in & helped us out. Which I love her for, duh.

We went to the Grizzlies game in Fresno. It was freeeeezing & raining. It was so awesome we stayed for 3 whole innings :)

 But hey we got to have a beer, nothing like a ballpark beer.

We grabbed some sushi before heading home & got a bottle of sake.. They let us brown paper bag it home! WHAAA. Oh why thank you!

Fresno/Clovis Blogger Meet Up

I have seen these "meet ups" on several of my bloggers posts & to say the least.. I am a bit jealous because yes I have mumbled several times to Chris.. "I wish my blogger friends were my real friends".. I am totally not a loner but it's amazing the ideas & inspiration I get from the blogs I follow & EVERYONE is so nice to each other. And plus, I live 2000 miles from my family & friends so my friends out here are few but I love em!

ANYWAY, so I just happened to be reading one of my favorite blogs, Megan @ Absolute Mommy, & apparently this must have gotten by me before but I saw.. FRESNO. I am like whaaaaaaat? Someone close! So of course I had to contact her & act like a 5 year old because I was excited, don't judge!

Oh & did I mention we are like neighbors? W.e.i.r.d.

SO, we are going to have a meet up.. I don't think any of my followers or any of the blogs I follow are from this area BUT if you know someone can you please please point them in our direction.

We are shooting for a Friday evening.
